Remember yourself as whole - what does this mean?

Why wouldn’t we know ourselves as whole?

When we judge parts of ourselves, deem some aspects of our experience as less than desirable, we fragment or separate parts of our being.

Judgement creates separation. This separation causes an internal war. We move away from union within ourselves.

How can spirit inhabit your being if you are continually rejecting aspects of yourself?

Our conditioning can limit our perception and lead us to believe that we have to be a certain way in order to be accepted. The parts of us that don’t meet that requirement often get pushed into the shadow realm.

Self-denial is a breeding ground for shame and self-rejection. Disowning and demonising aspects of the self deplete our magnetism and vitality.

Any trauma experienced throughout our timeline can further perpetuate the sense of losing touch with a sense of wholeness. We may learn to split or freeze the unacceptable parts of ourselves. Ancient traditions see this as a fragmentation of the soul.

When we call back all of the fragmented parts of our soul, we remember ourself as whole.

When we own ourself fully, wholly, entirely in our complexities, nuances and paradoxical nature, when we love ALL of our colours and integrate them with unconditional love at the heartspace, we remember our true nature, as whole and limitless.

We rise above the illusion of separateness. All parts and versions can coexist in harmony.

Reflection: Which parts of yourself need more love, nurturance and acceptance?

Affirmation: I lovingly accept all parts of myself. My true nature is whole, joyful and free.

If these words are resonating and you would like to explore this further, or require support through kinesiology or bodywork, I invite you to book a session or connect.
